Sunderland Headlight is a charity providing a range of services in a community project setting for people experiencing mental health issues. We run various courses and recreational activities encouraging participation and aiming to build members confidence to be inclusive members of Headlight and the wider community.
We contacted the Ethical Property Foundation as we urgently needed advice around the tenancy of our building, having been informed of changes the Landlord wishes to make in the type of tenancy arrangement. We had no experience with this type of situation so the advice we received from the Ethical Property Foundation was invaluable.
With the help of the Foundation we were able to negotiate our way through all aspects involved in acquiring the new tenancy agreement with confidence and clarity avoiding costly and time-consuming mistakes. With the help of The Ethical Property Foundation the issue was a lot less stressful than it otherwise would have been.
